I have the death certificates and the deed to the hose along with the wills. I want to give this property to my grand son . Please help me do I need to obtain a attorney to get this done or can i do a quickclaim deed and just file it at land records for the title change? As there is a will, you will have to contact an attorney and get the will probated. Once the probate is complete, you will have to record it at the county recorder's office. Once the property is transferred to you, you can then quitclaim it to your grandson. Feel free to ask if you have further queries. Sussane
