wondering Guest	Posted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 12:05 pm    Post subject: Remove missing person name from deed Like 0 Dislike 0 My ex-wife and I divorced by court order (wife was missing, and still), the house is showing both our names on the title. How can I remove her name from the title?

Your ex-wife will have to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. As your ex-wife is missing, it would be a better option to take the opinion of a real estate attorney in this regard.
