| My name recently was put on a deed to a house that I dont live in. Its on the deed with someone else. Now I want my name off the deed. How do I go about that? How much will it cost me? |

Welcome to our forum.
Sign a quit claim deed by help of your attorney & you can get your name off from property deed. It will cost you several $.

transferring ownership interest in property cannot be done verbally. you and the other party can verbally agree, but it takes a deed to grant you ownership.

If the agreement is verbal, there is nothign legally documented
How can you remove a name off the deed if the name is not on the deed |
