I gave a grant deeed to both of my parents as joint tenants to the property and it was recorded. What can I do to remove their name from the Grant deed? I was the one who put their names on it. Please advise.

You will have to use the same grant deed in order to remove a person from the deed. I haven't heard of anything called removal grant deed. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
