in our divorce settlement in May 2004 my husband was granted the house that is paid in full, there were other stipulations in the divorce decree settlement, one he did not honor, an Insurance Policy where I am the beneficiary that was worth $250,000.00. It is now lapsed. In the mean time I have not sign off the grant deed. Now he wants me to sign off, 5 years later, can he remove my name without me signing, if so how can he do it?

If you husband is the primary holder of policy & he kept you as beneficiary on insurance policy then he can name off you with out your signatures.

Thanks.

It is stipulated in the divorce settlement that I am to be the sole beneficiary of this insurance policy and he let the insurance policy lapsed, he did not keep the divorce settlement agreement; What can I do?

Hi calvenetta!

Welcome to forums!

You need to contact your divorce attorney and take his opinion. He would suggest you whether or not you can take legal actions against him.
