Hi texidory,

I think he has the right to revoke the deed at any time during his life time. This is why the deed is enhanced. A normal deed merely transfers property owneership from one person to another. But in a lady bird deed the grantor retains the right to make necessary changes to the deed, whenever required.

Thanks,

Jerry
