Truly, since Chase didn't know that she had no interest in the property any longer, they did what they're legally bound to do - issue a check to the owners of record as far as they know. Oh my - that phrase (as far as they know) is used way too often around here. Anyway, you'll need to contact her one way or the other to get her to sign off on this check; else you'll have to split it with her. _________________ George M.
