My brother is losing his home. He has a small piece of land his uncle willed to him when he died. No liens. How can he protect this little piece of land for his children or to keep him from being homeless. There is an old trailer on it now,of no value.

Your brother can place the land in a trust and declare his children as the beneficiary of the trust. This will help him in saving the property.
