I own my Mobile home and the person I was with lift me I payed it off and now I wont to sell it I cant fined her to get her name off what can i do :?: :(
You need get her to sign the quit claim deed. But since since she's not available at the moment, you can consult an attorney for this.

If the property is free and clear, then you can use a warranty deed to get the property transferred in your name. However, you cannot force someone to sign the deed.
