Our father passed away and we have no will.
we want to sell the property. What do we do?

Did the property go through probate?

Hi Guest,

As there is no will, you and the other heirs of the property have to file an affidavit of heirship at a county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name. Once the property is transferred in your name, you will be able to sell off the property.
