If i sell do i have to pay the park brokers fees or other fees. They did not sell it for me. Also the park im going into told me i have to pay $2000 for realtor fees. There is no sign in front nor did i talk to a realtor.

If you are not taking the help of the park broker or the realtor in selling off the mobile home, then you don't have to pay the fees. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
