I need to have my ex sign over the deed to the home that we lived in together. What do I need?

Hi playcenters,

Your ex will have to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the home to you. Once your ex signs over the deed, you would become the owner of the property. However, you will have to record it at the county recorder's office.

Thanks
