In a divorce, can your spouse claim owonership of your house although his/her name is not in the title?

I am in New York. Please answere based on NY.

So in Divorce you spouse don't have any chance to claim house if her/his name is not mentioned on property deed. Thanks & Regards. Gunz.ijjistaff
