how do I take my name off a property deed that has my husband and my name on it? The loan is not in my name. Is it a long proces?

Hi larrynina,

You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer your share of the property to your husband. This is not a long process. You should contact a real estate attorney and take his help in this matter.

Hi ...
i had similar issue but solved it very quickly. You only need an attorney who will solve your problem too with in a day or two.But the charges apply for the attorney and legal transfer charges as well.But don't worry it will be sorted out pretty quickly.
