Guest	Posted: Mon Mar 07, 2011 3:52 pm    Post subject: brother and I tenants in common Like 0 Dislike 0 My dad and I were joint tenants of a property with right of survivorship. a couple of months before my dad passed he signed over his half of property to my brother. My brother and I are now co owners of the whole property. My brother has allowed someone to move onto property without my knowledge and with no rental agreement. I do not approve of this nor do I want the liability of someone being on the property. Is there anything I can do? Dont we both have to approve of any changes or issues regarding property before decisions are made?
