has any one used give back timeshare.com and was the timeshare taken out of your name like they said.

Welcome to forums!

I do not have any personal experience in this regard. It would be a better option to research about the company before dealing with them. You may check out whether or not their customers are satisfied with the company. But in my opinion, it would be a better option to deal with the timeshare company from whom you purchased it and check out if you can give it back to them.

i don't think most of these companies who parade as helpful in relieving the american public of their timeshares are very reputable. that's only my opinion, and i'll stick to it, but i cannot prove any of it.

just beware...that's all.
