We wish to return our timeshare to the timeshare CO. Understand that a Quit Deed may be filed with the county clerks office in the county where it is deeded, however wonder if filing a Warranty deed may be even better?
Would it be best to send Certified/Return Request the notorized/filed Quit Deed or Warranty deed to the Timeshare sales office?

i don't know if you are the same person whose post i answered earlier, but i strongly suggest you discuss this return of the timeshare with the seller/developer of the timeshare before you go ahead with your plan. it may not be effective if the recipient of your deed is not in agreement with you.
