Hi
When I married , my husband had a house, y he added my name in yhe title but no in the morgage, .I whant to remove my name , Can I remove my name in the title

Hi elisa,
You can use a quitclaim deed to remove your name from the property deed. You will have to sign the deed in favor of your husband and then get it notarized and filed at the county recorder's office.

hi elisa,
To remove your name from title, you can simply quitclaim the property to your husband.
As far as the loan, you need to talk to the lender about that. |
