What is the best way to get my name off the title of the property which also has my wife's name on it as well. She is the sole person on the loan mortgage. Thank you.

To get someone's name off the title, that person must transfer their property interest to someone else by deed.

For example, if A and B own a property together, A can transfer A's property interest to B by quitclaim deed.

As with all deeds, it must be in writing, notarized, and filed in the county where the property is located.
