Transfer home to sister by heirs

As executor I have a " RELEASE OF MORTGAGE or DEED OF TRUST" to family home. How do heirs deed/transfer title to my sister?

Hi rsegur,

I suppose the property is free and clear. In that case, the heirs can use a warranty deed to transfer the property to the sister. You can contact a real estate attorney and he would help you in drafting the warranty deed. Once the deed is filled out, you need to notarize and file it.
