Can I legally sell my property which is in my name to my sole propietorship LLC?

I have a hunch that it would be invalid since, the debt created by the sell is to the same person who is selling it.

Property can be transferred from your name to the LLC. In that case, I guess you will be able to sell the property into your LLC. Nevertheless, it will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and take his help in this matter. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
