transfer tax again?

Like 0 Dislike 0 i bought a property individually, later refinanced with someone as joint. now the other person is quit claiming back to me alone. i paid transfer tax first time, i never left title do i really need to pay again??

If you feel that you'll be unable to pay that, then you can ask the person transferring the property to pay it on your behalf. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
