My wife and I purchased our home 14 years ago and the Title company put it under her name only. How do we add my name on the title? The loan is in both of our names. On the Deed of Trust I'm listed as "signing pro forma to perfect lien only"

Hi scottlogan,

You should request your wife to sign a quit claim deed in your favor and add your name to the deed. Her name will be mentioned as the grantor of the property and both your names would be mentioned as the grantee. Once the deed is signed, make sure that you should notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office.
