My name is Cynthia Shea Duncan Corsentino. My father, George Rodney Duncan is trying to locate a copy of a Quit Claim Deed from 1956/1957.

Welcome sheacorsentino,

You will have to contact the local county recorder's office and they will be able to help your father in getting a copy of the deed.
