Hi,

You can transfer the land title through a warranty deed. This is the best way of transferring property. A warranty deed is better than a quitclaim deed as it conveys title free and clear and eliminates any chance of a dispute in future.

Hi harry.wallace,

Welcome to our forum.

Land is cosidered as Property. Current property owner can transfer this land to another person by drafting warranty deed by help of attorney with standard process of property transfer. Contact your attoney to transfer property by warranty deed.

Thanks & Regards

Hi harry.wallace,

a land deed is transferred by having the present owners sign a new deed, which describes the same property, granting it to a new owner, as well as other local formalities of form, and then record the deed with the local land records officials.
