| We are buying two lots. One lot has a warranty deed and the other has a deed without warranty. I am wondering if we can put them both on one deed? Either warranty or deed without warranty. The same person owns both lots. |

If there are two separate properties, then there should be two separate property deeds for them. You cannot use one warranty deed for the two separate properties. If the properties are free and clear, then you can use 2 warranty deeds to transfer the property in your name. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great. |

Yes you can, as long as you are receiving the same type of interest, ie full ownership. _________________ Disclaimer: This is not legal advice and I am not your lawyer.
