I had rerecorded my warranty deed to show my full midle name on it; instead of just the initial. but before that, I prepared and notarize a deed to transfer the property into an LLC. The deed was prepared including my full middle name and I have not record it yet. and so I was wondering if; I should have a new deed or with that one would be ok. I am concern because the day that the deed was notarize is before than when I have corrected my midlle name. please let me know what to do.

Hi cvaladez!

Welcome to forums!

If the new deed mentions your correct name and also states about the transfer of property into LLC, then you need not require to file another deed. The present deed will be enough for you. However, if the property transfer is not clearly mentioned on the deed, then you would have to record a new deed. For further advice on this issue, have a word with your real estate attorney.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
