I have a warranty deed to my house, which I have lived in for the past 31 years. My husband passed away last year. If I go to sell my home, is there anything else that I would need for a sale to go through?

If you are the sole owner of the property, then there's nothing else that you need. However, if your husband is mentioned as one of the owners of the property, then you will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and transfer the property in your name. Then you can sell off the property.
