Can a Warranty Deed be used to transfer from the name of a Family Trust back to the inidviduals who are the Trustees?

Hi hgravier

As far as I know, you can use a warranty deed to transfer the property from a trust to the individuals. However, if you've mortgage on that property, then you'll have to use a quitclaim deed.
