My husband purchased two homes and his son is on the loans

my husband purchased these homes before we where married. His son and sons wife live in one, and we live in the other. My husband owes his son some money so he is not willing to sign a warrenty deed until my husband repays him. If my husband lord forbid was to pass away where would this leave me?

I think your husband is only on the deed. Is his son also on the deed of the house?

If your husband passes away without leaving a will, then the property will be distributed among the heirs according to the Intestate Succession Law.
