| my wife and i have a mobile home in both our names.we had a deal to let her sister stay there till the lease is up to not get sued.she told the park that owns the land that i left her when it was her that moved elsewhere.i am in another state working.the deal was that the would move in because they needed to get out of the city,they would spend around $600 to make it livable for them.if i wasnt coming back,they could buy it.now it has changed to they are just buying it and they would pay me my share,which is also changing from when they get their taxes to a lawsuit they have from a car accident.i really feel like not only am i going to lose my home ,but i wont get anything out of it.my wife cleaned out the trailer and has just about all the community property and my stuff.she went from wanting a divorce to seperating for a couple months to 6months,when the lease is up.i dont trust any of this and need advise bad.thank you |

Hi jaminjb,
You have mentioned that you had a deal with your wife's sister. Is there a written agreement between you and your wife's sister? If yes, then she cannot disregard that agreement. If you want to take some legal steps against her, then you can contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard.

| If there is a written agreement then i dont think she can just sign your name off the title. |
