My aunt bought out the 4 grandchildren's part of an Estate, but none of the four children signed. Is this legal or is this considered the breaking of a Will. She is living there during her natural life according to the aunt who owned the share of the property and was mentioned about the children and their parts.

Hi mebrown,

I am not sure how this could be possible. How could your aunt buy out the 4 of her grandchildren unless they sign any documents? Who created the will that you are referring to? A will comes into effect once the creator of the will dies. If your aunt created the will, she has the right to change it during her lifetime. However, you better consult an estate planning attorney to know more on this.
