Sorry to hear about your mom's health. But you'll have to decide amongst yourselves as to what you should do with the property. Is it possible to prepare another Will thereby overriding the previous Will? I guess your mom won't be able to sign now, isn't it? has she given a power of attorney to any of you? Take Care
