I live in minnesota, My father in law did a quit claim deed and named his 3 children to that.
tha oldest child died and lived in AZ, she had a husband and 3 children.
how does one proceed in getting the deceased childs 1/3rd interest on the deed back to the estate or the 2 living children? I know of no will left

How did 3 children hold title? Was it as tenants in common or as joint tenancy with rights of survivorship?

Bbrad, property share held by the oldest child will get distributed as laws of intestate succession applicable in AZ as no will was made for distribution of the same.

Laws of intestate succession are used in situation when a person dies without making a will for distribution of his property.

Thanks
Blue
