bbrad622 Joined: 12 Jun 2007 Posts: 1 1.30 Dollars($)	Posted: Tue Jun 12, 2007 4:29 pm    Post subject: mrs bradley I live in minnesota, My father in law did a quit claim deed and named his 3 children to that. tha oldest child died and lived in AZ, she had a husband and 3 children. how does one proceed in getting the deceased childs 1/3rd interest on the deed back to the estate or the 2 living children? I know of no will left
