doreenwalters Joined: 01 Mar 2009 Posts: 2 1.33 Dollars($)	Posted: Sun Mar 01, 2009 10:33 pm    Post subject: leaving property in my will Like 0 Dislike 0 I would like to leave my house to my Son when I pass on but as there is still a mortgage on it would I be able to do this or would the mortgage company claim it, can i find a way to do this, there is about 19,000 pounds owing at the moment

But since the laws in the UK are different from the ones we deal with here, I'm not sure if anyone can help you with your query. I think you should post your query in any UK forum that discusses mortgage related issues.
