My name is on the deed of the family home where I grew up. my mother and brother are also on the deed. i no longer communicate with my family. how do i get my name off of that deed without involving them?

Welcome angelsmomi,

You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer your property to your family. You can send the deed to them and request then to notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office.
