How do i go about canceling my membership to this website?

Is there any special reason for which you want to cancel your membership to this website? If you're concerned about the fact that your name is being published on the web and that's the reason for which you want to cancel your membership, then we can change your user-name to any name that you suggest.

yes thats part of it but i also dislike the fact that my name is displayed in the about me section of the website. can we do something about that also?

Hi claudia66,

I suppose you are speaking about your index page or the member page. The index page is showing your name becasue you've registered with that name in this website. Once your user name is changed by the Site Admin, the name in your index page will also get changed. If you wish to change your user name, you'll have to contact Sam, the Site Admin. You can find his contact details in the Contact Us page.
