Thanks, all, for the good words in the past, and in the future as we all move forward, as well.

Change is not always bad; in fact, many changes are quite good.
Please take note that I have made a change in my employment situation, and now I am employed by Prospect Mortgage. Most of the information that I've shared with others is not changing (at least not yet), save the email address I have used. The new address is shown in my signature line below.
This is one of those good changes. I look forward to leaving new posts and responding to many of your posts, just as in the past.
