joel, one of the moderators will probably come along and remove the advertisement that you have posted on the website, you should read the terms of service to know what is and what is not allowed on here.

I agree with what others have said here. Your post looks like an advertisement and it's against our forum rules and guidelines available at http://www.mortgagefit.com/terms-services.html . Since you're a lender, I suggest you join our lenders' community which comprises of a network of lenders and brokers helping people with proper financing options.
