Not sure that this is the best forum for questions like this, but... There are jewelry companies, typically the larger retailers, that put the size of a center stone (diamond usually) on the inside of the ring shank. It helps their salespeople quickly identify similar looking rings in their display cases. The center stone should measure around 7 mm if the diamond weighs 1.30 carats. Hope this helps!
