He married with Indian girl accoring to Indian Law. But somehow marriage didn't go well and my friend decided to get separated.The case is still going on in the court. The girl after filing case not attending the case in court and claiming more allimoney. How should my friend react as he is working in US? Also what should he do further if want to marry again with other girl?

Everything will depend upon the divorce laws. This is a mortgage community and experts/members participating here can help you with your mortgage or other financial issues. I hope your friend has hired an attorney. Your friend should take the opinion of his attorney and take the required steps. Sussane
