I have been reading the threads on here about the payday loans.I wish to steer clean and warn anybody i know about them. In our town we have companies that aren't called payday loan but i suspect they carry their business the same. What names does payday loan go by and others that conduct their businesses in the same manner. Like payday advance and such are the the same also.

Hi patricia,

Thanks for sharing you experience. This will actually help common people like me to be aware and stay away from these scam payday loan companies.

Best of luck,
Larry

Yeah patricia, there are different names for payday loans such as cash advance loans, post-dated check loans or deferred deposit check loans and check advance loans.

Maybe the best thing would be to just stay away from any loan places except the normal finance company's .I don't understand why these places are even in business, they should be closed down. They are no worse then crooks taking advantage of people who are having hard times financially.

I think I would not use those payday loans under no circumstances.I would just do without whatever I needed you would be better off in the long run.

Folks who are unable to open a bank account on their own will go to these places -- they'd be better off giving their paychecks to a friend and getting their money from them.

If you worked as a teen and gave your Mom your paycheck for rent, you'd still have a roof to sleep under and food on the table.
