At what point can a lawyer question the victims family as to what form of punishment do they wish to impose upon the criminal?

Hi lrodri!

Welcome to forums!

I'm not a legal expert but what I feel is that it would depend upon the lawyer as to when he will ask the question. Most importantly, let me tell you that this is a mortgage community where people discuss their mortgage and other financial issues with the experts and members. If you have question in that field, then you can post it in the forums. As far as criminal law is concerned, it would be better to consult a criminal lawyer.
