It actually varies but I think you can get a three bed room house in around $1200.

depends on size, number of bedrooms etc. ITs also worth considering whether to charge a monthly rent or weekly, Id recommend weekly as not all months are the same length so you can get more money doing it this way. Hope this helps. xx
