Which application are you referring to? Are you talking about section 8 application? Then, you need to get in touch with the local housing authority through which you applied for the housing assistance to know the status of your application. However, generally it takes years to qualify and get the housing assistance. If you applied for the section 8 assistance in 2009, it is likely to take more time for you to actually get the assistance.
