Has anyone heard any negative about Quicken mortrgage co.?
I am sure they are ok. The only bad feedback I have recieved is a client of mine was strung along and at the end they changed the rate on him.
I haven't recived any positive feedback about them yet, I had too many clients complaining about them and I'll forward you a link that one of my client forwarded me.

Their rates are higher than most others. You can do better. Shop around.
