jishida78 Joined: 26 Feb 2011 Posts: 2 1.76 Dollars($)	Posted: Sat Feb 26, 2011 5:26 pm    Post subject: Add name back on Quit Claim Deed Like 0 Dislike 0 Hi, My mom and I did the quit claim deed from her to me 2 years ago, her name still on the loan. But I gave her half money for mortgage monthly, sometime by check or cash. Now, my brother and wife whom work in mortgage business and have 8 houses already, talked my mom into put my mom back on the deed (for some life insurance reason, I didn't ask). I just wonder is there anyway that my brother and wife can talk my mom in take me off the deed? Because of my credit and income therefore I cann't refinance right now. But, I am working on it. And if something happend to my mom, then what will happen to me if I decide to add my mom back on the deed. Can my brother and wife take me to court to fight for the house if my mom ever pass away before I can refinance. I am so stressful about this matter, please help. Thank you
