Do property taxes go up, increase if a father or mother, property owner, name on title, adds a son or daughter to the title of a house?

Hi williamsheets,

After a son or a daughter is added to the property title, the tax department will reassess the taxes once again for you. There are chances that the taxes may get increased slightly or may remain the same.

Take care.
