We would refinance and have my name added so I agreed and gave him my share of the down payment. We refinanced and I found out my name is still not on the deed. We have seperate accounts and but we ech have what bills we are responsible for. we tried to have a lawyerr help us but my husband thinks he is being asked to give me 50 percent of his deed.we live in a communal property state, I WANT MY NAME ON THE DEED, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS

Thanks
