Hi gloriad,

Adding a name to the property title using a quit claim deed or a warranty deed is not very complicated. If you on the title to the property and want to add someone to it, you need to transfer the property to the both you and that person. You will be referred to as grantor on the deed and both you and the person will be referred to as grantees. Once the deed is signed, get it notarized and recorded with the local county recorder's office.
